from what I gather - camping has nothing to do with pre-reg. You still have to call and make your camping reservation... So doing pre-reg is just that, pre-reg for the event only.

Right I know they are not together but I didn't know if I had to have some kind of reference number from registering to give to the campground as anybody could say they are playing disc golf and camp for free if they really wanted to.

Solt can confirm I suppose, but having camped there the last 2 years, I am 100% willing to bet my whole life on the fact that the woman who owns/runs the camp ground has never even seen a computer in person let alone knows about reference numbers etc.

It's an honor system thing there - she is super cool and has hooked us up with mad wood both years for our campfires!

I may not camp this year though. It's one thing to camp after a 1 day event - but no shower, no bathroom and the promise of 2 more rounds on sunday - I think I am going to crash at my rents or at Solty's!

Ok cool, thanks for the info.

As far as camping. We are just doing it on Sat night. We will drive up Sat morning for the first round. You might want to rethink camping as I will have some of my homebrew for the celebration
My plan is to get everybody mad drunk so I can sneak in ninja style and take first place

I will certainly come and chill and whoop it up for a few hours campfire side, but the promise of a shower and a bed on saturday night is mighty tempting. Plus not wanting to wake up and break down camp prior to the 2nd day.... we'll see. either way, can't wait to play this event! I have sucked it up BIGTIME every year so far - I need some redemption!

When I was working on the flyer a few weeks ago, Mike told me to include on the flyer that when registering for camping, all you have to do is ask for Raylene and mention "Disc Golf". If you do both and also say you are playingin the Summer Soltstice Disc Golf Tournament that day, she should be able to hook you up with no problem. Also, $6.00 for non-players who may be camping with you, like your slew of hotties!!

Call Raylene at 570-722-1818 for those who have not read earlier posts on this thread regarding camping

Well I did get a buzz going at Pa States. Most already know and can't wait to play others who shy away from the past are Hype for the Vibram Qualifier chance. So hope fully it will be a big turn out.

I’m happy two announce two products sponsors and the amateur CTP hole prizes.

Primal of Wilkes-Barre, sister company of Primal Expressions of Bethlehem is graciously providing 19 gift certificates to use a their WB location for each Am Grouping on Day 1.

Deaf Disc Golf Association has donated a handful of their stamped plastic.

Also, my friends in Springfield, Illinois have surprised me with a HUGE box of plastic and swag! You guys rock!!!!
